I’m an electrical engineer with a PhD from Georgia Tech and spent more than a decade at Intel in engineering and leadership roles, working across technology development, product teams, and data analytics. That background shaped a thoughtful, disciplined approach to decision-making, but people have always been at the center of my work.

I’ve also been a business owner. I owned and recently sold a hospitality business outside of Charleston, South Carolina, where I was deeply involved in daily operations, supporting employees, caring for the brand, and building lasting relationships with customers. I understand what it means to pour yourself into a business, and I approach acquisitions with respect for the people, culture, and legacy that make a company successful.

Who I Am

I’m now focused on acquiring a business as a hands-on, committed owner who values continuity, trust, and long-term success. While I’m currently based in Portland, Oregon, I’m open to opportunities anywhere in the United States and willing to relocate for the right business and community.

What I’m Looking For

  • $3M–$8M enterprise value with $1.0M-$2.0M SDE

  • Profitable, established, cash-flow positive small businesses

  • Operationally sound with established processes, healthy margins, recurring revenue

  • Strong existing management or clear handoff

  • Low customer concentration

  • Long-term ownership mindset
